With extensive credentials across cybersecurity leadership, risk management, privacy management, and international standards, he brings a programmatic and governance-focused perspective to complex security and privacy challenges.
His work centers on helping organizations design and implement cybersecurity and data protection programs that are fit for purpose, defensible to regulators and stakeholders, and aligned with business objectives. This includes risk and gap assessments, security and privacy architecture guidance, incident and compliance readiness, and the development of continuous improvement roadmaps.
Christine
Director of Compliance
Christine leads the firm’s compliance and regulatory advisory practice, with a focus on cybersecurity and data protection obligations across jurisdictions. Holding a Master’s degree in International Law and with prior experience as a Diplomat to the United Nations and in international relations between countries, she brings a nuanced understanding of legal, regulatory, and geopolitical considerations.
She helps organizations identify applicable laws and regulations, interpret obligations in context, and demonstrate compliance with confidence. Her work ensures regulatory and legal requirements are embedded early into business and technology decisions, reinforcing both compliance and privacy-by-design principles.

Director of Operations
Nicola serves as Director of Operations, providing the financial and operational discipline that underpins sustainable advisory delivery. With deep experience as a Financial Controller, Accountant, Auditor, and Tax Consultant, she ensures engagements are structured, measurable, and aligned with organizational realities.
Her role ensures that cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance initiatives are not only sound in principle, but operationally viable—supporting governance, accountability, and long-term improvement rather than one-off compliance efforts.

Director of Risk Intelligence & Research
Sacha leads the firm’s risk intelligence and research capabilities. With a Doctorate in Biology and extensive experience as an academic and corporate researcher, she brings analytical rigor and evidence-based insight to complex risk and impact assessments.
Her work strengthens decision-making through data analysis, risk modeling, and research-driven governance insights—supporting accurate risk prioritization, impact assessment, and continuous improvement across cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance programs.
